On-site assessments are free and non-binding. Written estimates are valid for 30 days. Pricing may change if site conditions discovered after the estimate require additional materials, labor, or time. Material changes will be communicated and approved in writing before they are performed.
3. Scheduling and access
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area, utilities (water and power), and removal of personal items from areas to be serviced. Delays caused by access issues may affect scheduling and pricing.
4. Payment
Payment terms appear on the service agreement. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved checks. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind every project. If you are not satisfied with the result of an in-warranty service, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Intellectual property
